My boy forrest lose to spider silva. maderpaking phuk phuk! i sure thought forrest had it all to defeat him. oh well... and what the hell was that running to the locker room ala lebron style after being ktfo?? c'mon forrest your better than that.

I seriously think silva has cleared the 185 division and he should just move up to 205 and fight guys like machida, tits ortiz and rampage those kind of guys at least, probably or maybe we gonna see some real fights and if he still clears that division let him fight brock. lol
